    Independence Day Stakes

"THINK TANK NORTH AMERICA" PRESENTS:   Not throwing out the baby with the bath water. You want more winnings in State Lotteries? I'll tell you how this can be accomplished. You buy your tickets as consumers of said chances, and your State Lottery Commission, wires the daily funds to factories world-wide, like in China. Your $5.00 dollars can become the roll of paper for a printing company that in turn brings the paper into fruition as printed greeting cards, at a wholesale price of about $1.00 per card, times the pulp fiber and length and width of roll of paper. Then, I'll say in one hour, the greeting card factory has 500 greeting cards for shipping at $1.00 wholesale and $5.00 dollars retail, and now you have 100 rolls of paper invested in the next batch or second hour of greeting card production. The presses roll and you have 500 times 100 greeting cards printed at $1.00 wholesale or $50,000.00 dollars from a five dollar ticket wired to factories world-wide. In the third hour of production you are running the printing presses for a full eight hours and to make a long story short, you have a cool $ Million dollars from your original $5.00 investment, and every $5.00 ticket is a $ Million dollar winner. You can do this with most manufactured products, like a San Disk or Shortwave Radio to a Sony Laptop to an Electric Car, just by wiring thee initial funds of $5.00 or more to production plants. Then it becomes product and import-export, to wholesale to retail. This is how you create wealth as US States to have more lottery winners, like Banks using your savings account or T-Bills or the Stock Markets use for development and real commodities as consumer products.
