Citizenship denied for good moral Characters
In fact if I did understood English properly at that time I would have held my marriage and get back to my country to marry my wife and my citizenship application would be fine.
I have not been denied on this simple fact only ,they have to find something wrong on me during my 5 years in USA. They only thing wrong they find is the fact i checked i never lied on my citizenship application, did I check I never lied intentionally to hide something, they don't care to evaluate the intention of the applicant . I don't know why they don't take time to check the intention of the applicant i submit my application with the appropriate date, during the interveiw i gave the appropriate date of my marriage; it's that look someone that was trying to hide something. Prior to to file my citizenship application I even file the form I-130 for my wife with the appropriate date of amrriage is that look like someone that was trying to hide .
to sum up my citizenship is denied and I am threatened of being deported only because I check I never lie; for USCIS I dont have a good moral character ;but guess what since coming here i managed to have Master degree in finance from kaplan University. I create two website www.mathstructure.com and recently after my interview I create www.filingdoc.com to help citizen file their paper. I am at codeacademt . coursera , I was a member of alpha beta kapa honor society.I never get a ticket for 5 years.
what ridiculous in this story it is that prior to file my citizenship application I also file the form I-130 for my wife with the appriote date of marriage this petition has been approve is currently at the National Visa Center. How can I figure this issue was a big while USCIS it elf has appoved the I-130 form for my wife.
the criteria good moral characters to deny citizenship is really blurry and they need to fix this if we keep apply the law like a robot without any extenuating circumstance we lose our human nature .
