Are Hidden Messages Embedded in URL Address Bars on our computers?

This is kind of crazy but I’m going to bring it to your attention anyway, out of an abundance of caution, given the nature of some of the threats America is facing these days.

I’ve been noticing what appears to be some sort of "writing", embedded in the background of URL Address Bars, popping up more and more when I go online. Two examples of the writing I am talking about appear in white, here in these two pictures of URL Address Bars (added to this report). I had to use a camera to show the writing because print screens were not picking the writing up, as it is too faint.

Do you know what these are, recognize if it's a foreign language, and can figure out what they say? My concern is to make sure that terrorists, domestic or foreign, have not found a way to disseminate information in this way.
