Fat Loss Factor! Hurray With Weight Loss
I am glad to share with you about my real results with weight loss. I will update more photos about my present weight. I am slim and thin now, I guess. Happy with results from fat loss that I get rid of. No nightmare about unwanted pound.
If you were me, you would be happy. My friends won't laugh at me anymore about my weight. Instead, they show the surprise when seeing me like this.
Here is what you can do to have results like me. The program I follow is not complicated so I guess you can follow and get the same results. However, make sure you are not so lazy with program.
Let me come to the main points. The fat loss factor I applied is:
- Set up your own plan with specific schedule about how to get weight loss
- Try to balance your meal. Mean you should eat less than you do in comparison with your past meal.
- Try to do exercise like yoga. It can help get rid of some unwanted pound easily and naturally
- Don't try methods of not eating anything; this gives no help because it will make you eat more than you don't (Believe me, I tried this one, but gave no results)
- Try to have suitable activities like meal, sleep, rest, exercises. Mean you have to keep it as routine.
- Be patient! You want the results immediately? Ya, I did too, but being patient is the important factor to get results
- Try to give up your daily bad habits. This gives no contribution to your weight loss, worse it helps gain more weight if you still keep bad habits. (don't dream about your fast food, soft drinks, etc...)
- Try to eat more vegetables in your meal. This helps you reduce fat, gain more fitness.
- And more...Well, I think it is quite enough to apply to get fat loss now.
There are more factor about how to get fat loss, but you have to try your own experiences to see if it is fit your situation.
