Shapeshifter Yoga: Get Weight Loss
My name is Alex. I am 27 years old. I just want to share with you all, those who are not feeling good with current weight. Well, you all can get rid of unwanted pound if you have right solutions.
I did have the same annoying feelings with my weight. But now, it is gone. I used to eat too much and lazy with exercises. And had some fat at my belly. Well, so shy to mention about this. I have a job at office, so my work doesn't allow me much time to apply exercises to get weight loss. So I decided to apply some yoga lessons mentioned on the internet. The results turned to be amazing!
Now, I feel strong with fitness. My boyfriend had to be shout" Wow! Who are you". I am so happy with results. Yoga can help build strength and reshape body naturally.
Here are what I applied to get rid of unwanted pound:
- I tried to set up suitable diet with neat plan for exercises.
- I gave up with fast food. I used to eat much
- I tried to get up early, and go to sleep early.
- Applied most of useful yoga poses. I can even practice most of poses on my bed before I fall asleep.
- Drinking suitable amount of water daily.
- Eat less meat and eat more vegetables
- Tried not to watch TV no more than 2 hours
- Got some fresh air and listen to songs before doing exercises.
Well, do you think it is simple? For me, I think it is not hard to follow. I can do it, so your turn to be. Get weight loss now. Yoga is great.
