Gratitude is the Essence of all Happiness

    The Daily Meditation 7.10.2014

“Gratitude is the Essence of all Happiness”

    Barbara Kraft, RScP

Gratitude is the essence of all happiness. It is the presence of the Universal Oneness identified and acknowledged.

Knowing what one is thankful for each and every day. Every moment brings a clarity to life that there is a purpose for everything and in everything there is a purpose. I am one with this universal consciousness and one with all that exists. I know that all my needs are met in the time that is perfect for me and for those involved. I trust in the Universal Mind. In the thread that winds between all of us. I am grateful for all that connects us. I am grateful for the experience of life and the wonderful blessings of those who come into my life. They touch me and I touch them in an everlasting way.

I let go of anything that might be causing me to feel held back or struggling. I know that it will all resolve to the best even if the outward appearance does not immediately appear that way.

    I allow and let go.

    And so it is!
