This iReport is part of an assignment:
    Sound off

From the InfoSecurity website "According to security firm TrapX's analysis, “weaponized malware was delivered into shipping and logistics enterprise environments from a Chinese manufacturer responsible for selling proprietary hardware for terminal scanners used to inventory items being shipped or transported in and out many countries.”

This means that In consideration of CT-PAT - Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism - This is a most serious breach of Security to North America. Consider, with this trojan, they would also be able to alter the shipping companies recors regarding WHAT was being shipped. ANYTHING could be shipped to the US / CANADA. Every enemy of North America, who was a friend of CHINA would have free access to the US/Canada. Industry and government must be actively vigilant in reagrds to these threats. In consideration of this, can any IT resources from Chinese companies be trusted?
