Cafe Mezzanine(Chinatown, Manila) - CNN Travel must visit retaurant
You read it right. Cafe Mezzanine is the recommended and must visit restaurant once your in Chinatown, Manila. It is a two floor restaurant and the second floor is dedicated for the fire volunteers of binondo and paco where the revenue of it will be in support of the volunteers.
I quote "Must-visit restaurant: Café Mezzanine above the Eng Bee Tin Chinese Deli (famous for hopia ube pastries) in Ongpin Sreet. A part of the restaurant’s income goes to Binondo’s fire department, whose iconic purple truck is parked beside the Binondo Church. Dish to order? The infamous Soup No. 5 made from a bulls "testicles"

At the restaurant you can see displays of the photos of the fireman, helments of firemen, trophies and more. Aside from the display and the best part is the food they served.
So many foods to choose from where fortunate to taste it and its one of the purpose of our exploring binondo. To visit the best eatery in Binondo and one of this is Cafe Mezzanine.
