    Do you have a little sweet tooth and are trying to stay away from gluten? Fudge is naturally gluten free! Simply melt a stick of butter with approximately two cups of sugar (I used dark brown sugar) in a saucepan on low heat. Let simmer for a couple of minutes until it comes to a low boil. Take off stove and add about a cup of peanut butter, a splash of vanilla and a half of a cup of milk (or almond milk). Mix well and add in one package of confection sugar about 3 ½ to 4 cups.

    If you enjoy dark chocolate, split the ingredients in half and add the peanut butter to one batch and dark chocolate to the other. Put the peanut butter fudge in a glass container and pour the dark chocolate fudge on the top. Put the container in the fridge for at least an hour and then enjoy your homemade GLUTEN FREE FUDGE!

    Very, very, very rich – so only one piece!
