    How Alexei Beltyukov Advises Getting The Most Out of a Company Facebook Page

     
    Social networking is just something that everybody has to do in today's society. Every company needs to utilize social networking to their advantage, and potential customers or investors just expect every product and start-up to have a Twiter, Facebook page, etc.

    In that world, it's important to realize how to provide meaningful and relevant content that people will actually care about. That's the hard balance to find. But through the right channels, and armed with the right strategies, literally anybody can succeed with building a popular Facebook page.

    Here are a few strategies that Alexei Beltyukov personally recommends, for anybody interested in building awareness through a social network like Facebook:

    1. Test engagement to find the best time of day to post.
    There are tons of websites that will tell you that early morning, and early evening are the ideal times to post, because that's when Facebook tends to be the busiest. But sometimes it's about finding out when your particular audience posts. Try posting at different times, and see what consistently gets more activity and attention. Then you can work out the best possible time to post stories on the regular.

    2. Take advantage of the opportunity to talk to customers.
    Thinking about design issues? Adding or replacing some features of your product? Then take advantage of the opportunity to do free market research. Start a poll on your Facebook page and see what your customers think.

    3. Make sure you actually use Facebook.
    This is just important, because it helps you get ideas, but also see what other people are doing. Managing your Facebook account means providing an engaging experience that people want to be involved with. By looking at what other Facebook users are doing on their more successful pages, you can get a good idea of what's expected from any given FB account.
