Renowned Fitness Expert and Media Celebrity Nikki Glor Calls New Fitness Instrument a Real Game Changer for Your Workout: “The Spyder 360 will give everyone a good kick in the butt”
It was not long ago when Jonathan C. Smith drew an idea he had for a new fitness invention on a napkin in a restaurant.
Fast forward only a few years later and his innovation has literally become the talk of New York City and the United States for that matter.
You see, Smith, a Nashville, TN resident, is the brainchild behind the creation of his ingenious Spyder 360, an invention with wheels all its own in a sense. Crafted with omni-directional ball bearings, The Spyder 360 is taking workouts to a whole new level.
Enter Nikki Glor (center in photo above), a renowned fitness coach based in Manhattan and who appears regularly in The New York Times, Women’s Health, Shape, Fitness, and on ABC’s Live With Kelly and Michael Fox & Friends, who has heard all sorts of chatter about the new fitness instrument. She is a celebrity trainer and fitness expert, author and DVD star. She recently released a fitness book, The Slimnastics Workout, and has released videos and apps and 11 DVDs including the new 2014 Beach Ball Body Workout
“I have to admit right from the get-go the name itself – The Spyder 360 – caught my attention,” says Glor during an interview from Manhattan. “I read about it and checked out the video testimonials and I was immediately fascinated with it and I just had to try it out.”
For Glor, 36, founder and president of NikkiFitness and GT Media LLC, the rest is history – literally.
“There is no doubt that this new instrument will soon become a staple in the fitness industry,” she says. “It offers an amazing workout and I am just so impressed with how much you can do with it, no matter the environment. Using this instrument for thirty minutes a day is a real game changer and in no time people already in shape will break a plateau.”
The hand or foot guided Spyder 360 has latched on and taken to the workout craze with a very specific design to validate hands-down its promise to each user a huge benefit to stabilize muscles and a complete core workout.
With this one piece of equipment, uniting all muscles in the body in activity, it actually promotes muscle action and engagement with a method of exercise that might otherwise require at least five other pieces of gym equipment and exercise regiments including pushups and ab strengthening routines.
“I am always on the hunt for new equipment and Smith’s invention is truly ideal,” says Glor. “What I really like about it is that you can do several things all in one with it. You can add weights and do a whole variety of workout routines.”
Glor knows the new instrument will also be a real hit among condo dwellers, suburbanites, and travelers.
There are plenty of people who use the gym, but there are also droves of Americans working out at home or even in their hotel rooms while on the road.
“You can use it just about anywhere,” she says. “It offers the right workout on different surfaces. I prefer the carpet myself as I feel more in control and stabilized.”
Glor says that what makes The Spyder 360 so unique is that there is nothing like it on the market.
“This is a one-of-a-kind fitness instrument, that’s for sure,” she says. From push-ups, to mountain climbers, to fly push-ups, the list is endless with what you can do with it. Your overall core benefits as you are using all your muscles in any exercise routine.”
“This is like a ton of exercise products all wrapped into one. I am thrilled to be introducing it to others and I highly recommend it to the Americans who want to stay in shape. It is at the same level of my popular workouts I do with clients CrossFit, p90X and my Slimnastics.”
She adds, “Every athlete needs to stay in shape and healthy. The Spyder 360 will give everyone a good kick in the butt and keep them motivated.”
Smith, who has brought success to the likes of international business giants Motorola, Sony, Mars Inc., Hefty, and Brach’s Candies over the last decade, says he is thrilled to hear of Glor’s positive experience with using The Spyder 360.
“I am elated to hear that one of America’s most notable fitness experts enjoys using my invention… I am truly humbled,” says Smith. “On top of all this we are getting so many amazing reviews and sound feedback. The overall response is just phenomenal, seeing the benefit it is bringing people is surpassing even our wildest dreams.”
The Spyder 360's users’ love that it offers not only a complete and effective workout but that, within its own design, offers the ability to control the intensity of the workout for the more experienced and beginners alike.
Glor adds, “The Spyder 360 delivers more for less. This is not an instrument for beginners, but for trained athletes. If you are looking to stay in shape and don’t want to break the bank, then get on board and check out this new invention out.”
