My Personal Empathy for MH17 Passengers

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Niena traveled on Malaysia Airlines in March and April from Saudi Arabia to Malaysia and the Philippines. "I was terribly nervous; the MH370 was still fresh at that time," she remembers. "I prayed so hard that I would reach home safely. I put all my trust in God and in the crew members... I have no choice but to continue flying because I have to travel home every year" to the Philippines from Saudi Arabia.

On March 15, 2014, just few weeks after MH370's disappearance, I was on board Malaysia Airlines MH151.So, I know how it feels being on MH17.. Some might be in extreme fear but were trying hard to overcome it and let their faith and optimism prevail before their lives were taken.
My heart goes out to the victims and their families.

If those alleged people who shot down the plane are fighting for something that they believe in and for their rights, why do they have to justify it at the expense of innocent people!? The victims could have been you, me or them. This has to be stopped, innocent lives have been compromised caused by war and violence.
