Yellow-Billed Stork in Flight (Kruger National Park, South Africa)

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     While traveling in South Africa, JoyfulGypsy visited the Kruger National Park where she photographed the yellow-billed stork. She says the biggest challenging of photographing this bird in flight was that it stuck close to the water. “The problem with that is that many other very dangerous animals, like the giant crocodiles, stay close to water, too. Therefore, it's hard getting close enough to the storks to photograph them,” she said.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

I took these photos of a Yellow-Billed Stork on a trip to Kruger National Park, near Johannesburg, South Africa.
