The Huntington Library and Gardens
When visiting Los Angeles, The Huntington Library and Gardens are a must see. Their 120 acres have over twelve different theme gardens. My favorite being the Japanese Garden, Desert Garden and Chinese Garden.
The Library itself houses the famous paintings of Thomas Gainsborough, "The Blue Boy" and "Pinkie". Many other art pieces on exhibit as well. It has a large library that is used for research.
Walking shoes are a MUST as you want to cover as many gardens as you can.
