    WHOLE GRAIN BANANA BREAD

     

    Are you hankering for a whole grain snack that tastes good? Try baking banana bread with whole grain flours, olive oil, honey and raisins. I used brown and white rice flours, whole oats, tapioca and a little almond milk. It was just sweet enough to feel like I was having a treat, but healthy enough to stay focused on healthy snacks. Enjoy!
