This is a long range wide body twin jet, but with highly added advanced safety measures. For instance when a plane crashes, there is lot of jet fuel which burns on impact, or when airliner runs out of fuel, and is forced to ditch the chances of survival is scarce because of the engines as a Boeing 777's engines are not like the one's in DC 9 so because of the excess weight it breaks up and won't be at one peace. When a missile is launched,it makes the flight uncontrollable and on impact everyone is burned to death. To minimise these tragedies, the wing be deployable from the fuselage so that the fuel tanks are blown away but the fatalities may be the same as it is just uncontrollable excess amount of speed and on impact, the wreckage would be like paper, so why can't we add an extra wing? A emergency wing which does the same functions of a normal wing on landing but with no engines mounted as it can be a safe landing. One more advantage is that like a DC 9 it can be more safe to land on water as the surface will be completely flat as there won't be any engines. The following image gives a clearer reading.
