This iReport is part of an assignment:
Tropical Storm Halong on Guam's shore.
The winds and rainfall have dramatically increased since late Tues night/early Wed morning.
Flash flood warnings have been issued and the local areas have declared condition readiness 1 (meaning destructive winds of 65mph are possible within the next 12 hours)
Non-essential government buildings, such as the courthouse, and some local businesses have closed for today.
Halong is likely to increase its intensity mid-afternoon when the Storm begins to pass through the northern tip of Guam.
