    Improving Our Community To Be The Healthiest City

    Within the last 3 years, our community has been strongly built to make our community more healthy. With the help us Alexis Batausa and our Tug Valley Road Runners Club, we have grown our running community to close to 1000 members. This is an overwhelming number to come from Eastern Ky-Southern WV area. We support our annual Hatfield-McCoy Marathon which brought in 1400 runners from 48 states this year. We also provide a monthly 5K & 10k in this area. My wife and I sponsor our July event which is the Kickin Butt For Crohns 5K Jean Stanley Memorial, in memory of my wife's mother who passed from Crohns. We have attached a small video of our past Crohn's event. I feel our community is one of the most positive and motivational area to be found. Video link is below:
