    Now a days Yoga, predominantly Hath yoga is very popular. Almost everyone in this world is aware of the term yoga and many people are practicing Yoga for different purposes. There are many schools, institutions who teach yoga.

    In spite of having this irrefutable popularity of yoga, many of them are not aware of the exact meaning and essence of Yoga.

    The generic view of Yoga where someone has to leave their families, career, and occupation and live in mountains or jungles is not correct. The place does not matter to live a Yoga lifestyle. Yoga lifestyle is possible at any place any time. The Yoga text from ancient scriptures teaches how one can live a complete harmonious life in which a person is able to maintain a sound physical, mental, environmental and a true spiritual health.
