Juvenile Male Hummingbird sits on my Finger

It was only yesterday that the our local ruby-throated hummingbirds mustered the courage to sit upon our fingers. I have counted at least 6 different birds in total. Something is different about the young male though, it actually feels protected from the aggressive nature of the others while it is sitting on my finger. The video closes to another hummingbird pestering the young male to where they both leave in a spiraling fashion. I only caught the first part of this spiraling action. The end of the movie is slowed down so the viewer can appreciate how fast a hummingbird can move at 60 frames per second. It really is quite remarkable! Thank you for watching!
