    CAPTAIN SCHETTINO TEACHES ‘PANIC MANAGEMET’ AT THE UNIVERSITY OF ROME ‘LA SAPIENZA’

     
    Captain Francesco Schettino was invited to give an academic lecture for the students of the Criminal Science Master’s Degree Program which was organized by the chair of forensic psychopathology of the Faculty of Medicine at the University La Sapienza in Rome. Schettino commented on a reconstruction of the sinking of the Costa Concordia with particular emphasis on the management of situations of panic and crisis. The comment of Schettino: "I was invited as an expert and I explained to the students about crisis management and panic control. I know how to behave in such a case, how one should react when there are different ethnic groups within the crew".
    Schettino has also received a diploma from La Sapienza University.
