Kelly Zheng, formerly a reporter with CNN, has created quite a buzz in China with her western style cooking. Instructing the Chinese on how to cook fresh vegetables and preparing fresh fruit with a western flare.
From cookware to table settings she has received an attentive audience wanting more.
Born in China and mostly raised in the US, Kelly has blended the American style with the emerging Chinese desire to be more western. Kelly states "There are many Chinese women who want to learn how to have fun and be creative in the kitchen." Kelly will be producing a series of videos highlighting the different entrees and food art to share with Chinese women to make cooking and food preparation fun.
