How To Stop Bad Habits & Addictions

People who are interested in stopping bad habits will find useful  information and strategies in the book, “Banish Bad Habits” by Charlotte  James.  In this book, Charlotte teaches readers the six stages in the  process of breaking bad habits, explains why quitting a habit cold  turkey usually doesn’t work, and gives readers information on how they  can replace bad habits with a healthy new lifestyle.

This book takes into account the psychology of bad habits and  addictions and offers a new perspective on how to overcome it.  The book  then provides information on how individuals can stop a habit  permanently, and live free for the long term.

When people think of bad habits and also addictions (which are  nothing more than destructive bad habits), they often think of “getting  help.”  This means going to a rehab center, or seeking a professional.   However, there is significant information that suggests that this may  not always be the best way to go.

Statistics tell us that individuals may have a better chance of  freeing themselves from habits and addictions by taking responsibility  for their own program. Charlotte James, the author from CreateSpace  Independent Publishing describes the problem in this way:

“Did you know that: 45% of clients who seek a professional therapist drop out of therapy after two or three sessions?

And did you know that: for every person who quits smoking by  following a treatment program, there are almost twenty persons who quit  on their own?  We need to rethink this process!”

Charlotte believes that through her book, readers will be able to  defeat daily temptations, prepare for a lasting lifestyle change, and  turn their life around completely.  And her hope is that this will allow  individuals to live a better and more fulfilled life.

Rather than go through the traditional publishing process, Charlotte  decided that she would make the book more accessible and affordable to  everyone by releasing it in several online formats.  And this book has  now been released in the FYMO Self Help Books Store.

Considerable time and effort has been invested to ensure that this  work be a quick and easy read, rather than a long, drawn out book with a  lot of insignificant filler.  Charlotte also refers her readers to  other resources and material for them to delve deeper into the subject  if need be.

Charlotte recommends her book, “Banish Bad Habits” to all individuals looking for assistance with lifestyle changes.  Click here for more information.
