    Believers of the supermoon

The moon has been an object of worship, veneration, and intrigue among ancient civilizations for thousands of years, many of which still persist to this day, and Supermoons even more so.

Ancient healers and health professionals believed in a strong connection between mania and the moon.

During last night’s supermoon, some believers and followers (they do exist!) of the old religions- shamanism and Wicca or whatever, were performing the supermoon ritual. The supermoon or full moon is the time of power to fulfill spiritual and material desires.

After chanting, they raised their hands to get the energy from the supermoon. They also asked for cleansing their spirits. They also brought their sacred things so that the supermoon could shine and blessed them.

The moon has been shrouded in myths and legends for thousands of years. Not only for the believers and followers of the old religion but also to other people who are intrigued of her beauty which dazzled the night’s sky.
