    The Comedian Paradox

It's bizarre to think that a highly talented, unique, and well-loved individual who has warmed the hearts of millions with laughter and joy is the one who suffers with devastation and depression. How does this all make sense that Mr. Robin Williams was capable of taking away his own life? At first glance, it seems like this mystery just doesn't add up - that there is a missing link between the silly actor and the suicidal actor. As a person who understands what it feels like to suffer from depression and deep grief, the paradox does make sense. The issue is not that others don't see the beauty in you, but it's the fact that you can't see the beauty in yourself. At that point, it's difficult to listen to the encouragement of what others have to say, and you give in to the lie that you're not worth anything. Don't give into the lie. Don't forget the beauty in living no matter how difficult life may seem.

Mr. Wiliams, you were a beautiful human being, who was capable of influencing a multitude of people with your talent, including me who repeatedly watches "Good Will Hunting" for the life lessons given from you to inspire young men everywhere. It's a tragedy that you're gone. R.I.P. Mr. Robin Williams.
