I met Robin Williams on Accident in a Hobby Store in San Francisco in 1996. I was looking at Models and this guy next to me was wearing like a Russian Mocassin type hat, had a beard, glasses on, and a Heavy Blue Winter Jacket on. I didn't pay any attention, then glanced and made Eye Contact with him. Immediately I said your Robin Williams, he nodded, but didn't say anything. I said Oh My God, you were great in Mrs. Doubtfire and I've watched you on Mork n Mindy plus enjoy your standup Comedy. He said Thank you and proceeded to walk out of the store. He signed a couple autographs then was gone. Just that quick. I swear timing is everything in life, being at the right place at the right time and I was happy I was there in the City at that time. I will miss him. He has impacted many people and has turned misery and pain into laughter for many of us including myself.
