Ben claims that the old school process of selling no longer works. Instead of following step by step stages in sales, including probing, creating a crisis and handling objections, Ben focuses on the trust building technique of telling a story.
This, according to Ben, builds trust quickly by opening yourself up to your vulnerabilities, adding a human side to yourself.
