    Learn the facts about women in Africa and the challenges they face in these EAWi infographics! EAWi which stands for Empowering African Women Initiative is founded by Ms. Vera Ogwudile, the Global Women Ambassador for Music Unites Africa. EAWi is an initiative partnered with Music Unites Africa which aims at empowering African women worldwide and ending all violence against women and children. With the support of our amazing female ambassadors in Congo, Nigeria, Malawi, Ethiopia, Ghana, Cameroon, Zimbabwe and the United States of America, EAWi is a revolutionary initiative that’s set to impact and transform millions of lives positively. Ambassador Vera is a Banking & Finance professional. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the prestigious Covenant University, Nigeria. She is a philanthropist with an inspiring passion for empowering African women and ending all forms of violence and abuse against women and children. She is a humanitarian, mentor and an agent for change; she wants to use this medium to touch lives positively. As the Global Women Ambassador for Music Unites Africa, Ambassador Vera is determined to uplift and inspire all women through her work, life, philanthropy and humanitarianism. As an advocate for gender equality and education for all African women and children, Ambassador Vera is the forerunner in Music Unites Africa’s campaigns against Women and children enslaved by human Traffickers.
