    Solidarity with Mike Brown and Call to end police violence in Knoxville, Tennessee

    Knoxvillians hit the streets to protest the police brutality in Ferguson, Missouri and to march in solidarity with various other organized actions that have been occurring throughout the nation.

    "I am Black I am not a criminal" People of all ages turned up to show respect for Mike Brown and African-Americans who are gunned down or murdered in the United States.

    "Who polices the police state?" The rally was concluded at the Knoxville police headquarters near downtown Knoxville.
