Roy D Cole is evil and defends baby rapers, murderers, alcoholics and criminals and is an instrument to protect the foul evil being in society. Mr Cole is a person without ethics or morals. He is a liar and he defends people that are twisted and sick.

Mr Cole knows nothing about the people he defends, He can sleep well at night defending people whom have destroyed families. His interest is in the fun of playing lawyer.

Cole twist's the truth to lies to save his clients. Cole knows nothing about his client Daniel J Halacy III for example. Mr Cole does not know that the sexual allegations from Daniel Halacy's daughter is true. How would a child know that Daniel's penis curves when it gets hard if she didn't see it for her-self and if she wasn't sexually abused by him? The other issues with the abuse of his children came from his children's own reports. No one made this up, it happened and it will continue to happen if he is left alone with little children.

Daniel never gave his 4th wife anything but abuse. He abused her children. Daniel scooped human feces out of the toilet and put it in his step sons bed to teach him a lesson to flush the toilet. Daniel made him sleep with feces.

Mr Cole you don't have any facts about Daniel's expenditures when it came down to his 4th wife. How is a person expected to pay for co-payments when they are incapacitated.

Why don't you expose the child support that his 4th wife had to pay for years. He destroyed 2 vehicles that belonged to his 4th wife and he cries like a baby because, he had to replace a vehicle. The vehicle he beat to death were worth 5 times the couple hundred dollars he paid. His 4th wife payed for the car until her paralyze. Thats marriage, for better or worse, through sickness and health, richer or poorer.

There were no tuition for his 4th wife. He had to pay for his own tuition. His 4th wife finished the education for the tuition she paid for. Daniel was a liability. Daniel and his 4th wife drove big truck and Daniel backed into a another truck and crashed it and blamed it on his 4th wife. Daniel Damage reports were so high they charged him extra money for the damages.

Mr Cole if your going to make comments, you need to have the facts correct. Daniel's ex wife has the diploma from the schooling because I have viewed it. Daniel is also responsible for his Mothers death. She had major heart surgery and his mother begged him to leave her horse alone and he went out and saddled the horse and it bucked him off and his Mother went out to stop Daniel from kicking the horse and she got shocked by the electric fence and it killed her.

Daniel is not a peace officer he does not patrol. His badge is only for use to babysit inmates. Daniel Halacy is a manipulator and a pro at lying. Have him take a lie detector test and I know he will not pass just from what I have viewed.

Daniel gave his ex-wife the gun to shoot herself with. Daniel lied under oath, he stole his sister-in-laws social security number from the county's computer data base. Daniel has 2 prior Drunk Driving Charges. Daniel is a criminal and he does not belong in Weber County. He is a thief and all the items purchased during the marriage with Denise was not an issue. Denise just wants what she paid out and it's not even a 1/8 th of what she deserves.

When Denise had a lawyer and you played the waiting game and now you want to get this issue resolved. Denise signed the bifurcated divorce in good faith, knowing Daniel wanted to get remarried. Now Denise is stuck using the Halacy name and it is up to her how it is used.

Denise is the victim here and you are not an appropriate lawyer for anyone. You hurt people just like the people you defend. Your gewgaw, gaudy and useless. Your prejudice, unreasonable, you have a hostile attitude and you make people queasy and salacious.

Grow up Mr Cole and stop being the devils advocate. You should focus on doing good things instead of defending people that are vile and makes you a disgrace in society.
