    Pyramids & Poverty

After my recent trip to Egypt, I was overwhelmed by the amount of poverty on the streets. No one really realizes that there are so many suffering in a country they purely associate with the pyramids and other historical monuments constructed by the pharaohs. After years of portraying the aftermath of the revolution and the people in the streets protesting, not much else has been said. It is time to raise some awareness and show people what the real Egypt is like, what modern day Egypt has become.
