    HEALTHIER MAC & CHEESE

     
    Have you ever had a hankering for baked macaroni and cheese, but didn't want to eat all that pasta? Most people who know me know I only bake and cook with whole grain flours and avoid white flour as much as possible in restaurants. I find pasta too filling so I substitute rice or quinoa for regular pasta. I also add a little yogurt to make the cheese creamier with some black pepper.

    I enjoyed my healthier mac & cheese with a little chicken salad on a fresh-from-the-garden tomato and a farm grown peach for desert.
