    Giant West Coast Surf

    A hurricane off the coast of California has pumped giant surf into the coastline. Due to the angle of the coast the swell hit very hard in the Orange County community of Newport Beach. Newport has a location known as The Wedge that produces very large powerful surf.
    Onlookers can get remarkably close to these 20 foot waves.

    I took these photos yesterday in a 5 hour time period.
