    THE PEOPLE OF OKINAWA DURING WWII

     
    My father, Myles Robert Lee, enjoyed photography when he served in the Navy between 1944 and 1946. These photographs feature many men, women and children in Okinawa Japan during and after World War II.

    My father was the photographer for most or all of these pictures. It is possible that there was another unknown photographer. All of these photos were taken between 1944 and 1946.
