    A Diabetes Diet Easily Digestible

     

    The purpose of the diet in diabetes is the best alignment of blood glucose levels during fasting and after meals, maintaining an appropriate level of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood and the optimal blood pressure.

     

    It is recommended that selection of oatmeal, grits coarse, brown rice, whole meal bread, vegetables in the form of salads. These products are often recommended and well tolerated in the diet of easily digestible. In diabetes, it is recommended to consume flakes, grits, rice, and this can cause problems with the gastrointestinal tract . Therefore, the use of easily digestible dietary diabetes often leads to increased blood glucose levels after a meal. Extensive knowledge and experience required arrangement easily digestible diet for diabetics, so that was not followed by too large an increase in postprandial glucose. It is necessary then a very common self-control. Frequent blood glucose two hours after a meal will help you determine:

     

    - After which the products, foods or meals you have the most balanced blood glucose levels,

In summary, frequent finger stick glucose test will help determine the amount and type of food products, dishes and meals that will not cause an excessive increase in blood glucose levels. You should be aware that the diet easy to digest in some parts is inconsistent with the general principles of the diet in diabetes.

     

    -  A common observation glucose after meals and modify them according to the results of measurements, - eating small portions - adjust the number of servings consumed the blood glucose levels, so that at the same time prevent hypoglycemia, - increasing physical activity to help reduce blood glucose, at the same time self-employed in the interest of preventing hypoglycemia.

     

    In modern dietetics is a desire to ensure that feeding patients as close as possible to the human diet healthy to modify the basic nutrition to a minimum, lasting as short as possible and include only changes really necessary. The diabetes effects body functions in a number of ways. The only ailment to cure the disease is the use of natural diet and exercise.

     

    Easily digestible diet most often is used in diseases of the digestive system, but it plays an important role also in other cases of disease as determined by your doctor. Unless there are additional indications of dietary (e.g. Relating to the limitation of energy in order to slim down or reduce protein in renal failure), this diet should provide the same amount of energy and all nutrients as proper diet of healthy people.

     

    The difference between basic nutrition (normal) and easily digestible lies primarily in the fact that the easily digestible diet , produce and hard to digest foods containing relatively high in fiber, soaked in grease, which remain long in the stomach, and hot spices. Besides for cooking chosen appropriate culinary techniques, e.g. boiling in water, steaming, the cooking vessel without water, salt and fat, stewing without roasting, baking foil, plastic sleeve, in parchment, crushing, grinding ( e.g. prepare meatballs, meat puddings), mixing in order to obtain food products and easier to digest, which is not necessary in the basic nutrition.

     

    The amount of fiber in the diet can reduce or make will be less digestive tract via: - Choosing a young, delicate vegetables and ripe fruit,  - Tomatoes, squash, currants - peeling of fruits and vegetables  - cooking vegetables and fruits,  - sawing through a sieve,  - mixing, - Cleaned cereal products - instead of coarse grouts minor cereal, whole meal bread instead of white bread. You can experiment with a variety of products to find out what fits best for you. It is possible that what suits others may not suit you well.
