Is forcible kissing by women OK?

Kissing in Japan by men is more often than not done abruptly and forcibly. This form of kissing is called “Muri-chu”, non-consensual and forcible kissing.
In the case of Ms. Seiko Hashimoto(49), Japan Skating Federation chairman, LDP Upper House member and a former skater, she was maybe, just maybe merely following the men’s tradition when she "Muri-chued "good looking young skater Mr. Daisuke Takahashi (28 ) after party of SOCHI Olympics. Although this is clearly an act of sexual harassment, but Mr. Takahashi told the media that it was neither sexual harassment nor power harassment. He blamed it to alcohol as many Japanese do.
Kiss should be done romantically and spontaneously , never forcibly. This fundamental thing still applies as time goes by.
