2014 Veteran’s Affairs Success Story: Dan Anton

    September 13, 2014-

Dan is known as the "The Warrior Entrepreneur"

Dan Anton (http://danaton.com) is a retired Infantry Army Ranger Major who served two tours in Iraq, receiving two bronze stars for valor in combat. Affectionately known as “Achilles” by his soldiers Dan is now known as the “The Warrior Entrepreneur” for his transition into the business world.

During his second tour Dan was injured in Iraq by an IED (Improvised Explosive Device). With severe back trauma, Dan knew his dream of becoming an Infantry field General would never be realized. The U.S. VA (U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs) stepped in to offer medical retirement to help Dan Anton transition into civilian life.

After leading in the Army for 10 years, Dan Anton took the plunge into the private sector, with the VA system providing their full support. With a background in hobby websites, Dan began creating software to help other marketers automate and scale processes in search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and local consulting in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Networking with Military friendly businesses, Dan was able to forge partnerships, increase subscriptions and grow revenues to seven-figures within one year.

Dan's main passion is to help others achieve success through products, services, or consultation. He's in talks to write a book about his experiences in the military, and evolution into multi-millionaire CEO. Attending speaking events with New York Times best seller Joel Comm, and inspirational life coaches such as Tom Beal and Anil Gupta, Dan wants to help other soldiers, and civilians maximize their lives, increase their value and happiness.

One of Dan's favorite charities is the Wounded Warriors Project, where funds and services are given to Veterans suffering physically and mentally. As a former leader of hundreds of men in the battlefield, and receiving critical support from Veterans Affairs, Dan Anton has promised to give 10% of all profits to the Wounded Warriors Project.
