    Wadi Shabs

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Revinson Martin visited the Wadi Shabs, which means “dry river bed,” in Tiwi, Oman. The area, which is actually a wet river bed, is a beautiful oasis in Oman’s desert. He says the place is a popular tourist destination and has many emerald colored natural pools, hidden waterfalls and caves.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

I haven't tried trekking before but a friend told me to try Wadi Shabs in Tiwi, Oman and I will surely enjoy it. What he said was true. We swam, boulder-dashed, and leapt across Wadi Shabs for half and hour. It was exhausting but the beauty of the nature behind the mountains is totally amazing.
