Barack Obama is Unfit to be the President, a Senator, or Even a City Council Person!
I'm not against Senator Barack Obama, and/or other misfit no good Black leaders because they are not sufficiently Black. I detest these individuals just like the Hecklers have condemned them, because these individuals are un-American, in that they do not have respect for the mandated State and Federal Constitutional rights of all Americans. Barack "the Magic Negro" Obama's solution for the unwarranted killing, maiming, and violation of the lawful rights of innocent Black men and women is limited to sponsoring "racial profiling" Bills, the sponsoring of "racial profiling bills" being a useless solution, a solution which has no connection to protecting the lawful rights of any law abiding U.S. citizen. There was an incident at Los Angeles Trade Tech College where a group of Black students were falsely accused of being illicit drug dealers, and punished without just cause by campus police, and/or Los Angeles Trade Tech College Administrators. The ACLU, and/or incompetent Black lawyers filed a civil suit in behalf of the Black students so violated by the atrocities of government, using "racial profiling" as the basis for a civil claim against the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Los Angeles Trade Tech College, and/or LATTC school administrators. This trashed any hope of holding those responsible for violating the lawful rights of the innocent. Never mind this was serious defamation of character, a very serious violation of the California Constitution, Article 1, Declaration of Rights, Sections 1, 7, 13, 15, 17, and 26, and indeed a violation of the students' California Constitutional and U.S. Constitutional rights. Tort practice based on Constitutional law are an avenue for redress that truly carries weight, to make it possible for any victim(s) to receive substantial compensation, as compared to B.S., such as "racial profiling", which is not in the Constitution, and redress for racial profiling benefits deceitful, greedy, and unethical lawyers and not the victim(s). Slim chance exists to where the many victims of the Rampart Scandal, and the lawyers who sued the City of Los Angeles in their behalf, where any competent lawyer used "racial profiling" B.S., as a substitute for protecting the lawful rights of innocent individuals violated by lying police officers, a lying police chief, tainted evidence, perjury by city prosecutors, unethical lawyers and judges, etc., etc., etc. Racial profiling, racial discrimination have no connection to the Constitution. Barack Obama is misleading and misrepresenting the essence of what it means to protect and defend the Constitutional rights of citizens. It is doubtful that Barack Obama ever practiced Constitutional law in private practice. There should be no mystery as to why the Black community remains in poverty, after being egregiously violated by the atrocities of government and to have lawyers, such as no good Barack Obama and/or treasonous elected Black leaders, contributing to the denial of mandated Constitutional rights of the law abiding. Should Barack Obama become the next U.S. President, It would not surprise me in the least to learn where Barack Obama and/or his Administration eliminates E-Verify, to further promote illegal immigration! .........and Barack Obama supports driver's licenses for illegal immigrants. Mind you, illegal immigrants have displaced many U.S. citizens in the job market, Many employers have violated the law by hiring illegal immigrants at the expense of U.S. citizens and legal immigrants. Barack Obama does not make a distinction between legal and illegal immigration, in that states deporting illegal immigrants is an attack against all immigrants! Senator Barack Obama is definitely unfit for elected office, because all elected officials have a sworn duty to honor the Constitution, no ands, ifs, or buts. Can't change my natural God given appearance and I don't intend to have cosmetic surgery done to change my features to that of a Caucasian or anything else. Can't change what I came into the world as. C. Both the U.S. census records, and all records relating to me, classify me as being Black. D. It is not important as to what you think of me, farmhand, or anyone else of similar misguided expression, because you are not in anyway an ingredient to my success. E. No good Barack Obama is unfit for elected office. F. Black voters, You have been forewarned.
