According to a recent survey of active duty and retired military members reflects that 77% supported Senator John McCain over Senator Barack Obama. Only 23% supported Obama, of which this group consisted mostly of Blacks including former General Colon Powell. Females also voted for McCain over Obama. Reasons given included having an experienced soldier like McCain to prevent wars and if forced to go to war, McCain hates war as much as the active duty and retirees.
Concerns include Ayers that killed fellow warfighters and Obama reluctance to fully denounce his relationship with a known American terrorist with money get the best lawyers that kept him and his wife out of jail where the Ayers couple belong.
