What's New in Allergy Relief? MNMS Interviews San Antonio Allergy Specialist Dr. John Dice

Listen to this informative and helpful interview with San Antonio’s Dr. John Dice, of South Texas Allergy & Asthma Medical Professionals (STAAMP). Dr. Dice is an Allergy Specialist who is certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

More and more people seem to be suffering with allergies or various types of allergic reactions like hay fever, food allergies, skin reactions, etc., etc. Mold spores, pollen, grasses, weeds, pet dander, dust mites, shellfish, and the list goes on. It almost makes a person feel like the planet itself may be out to get them.

Don’t’ like the idea of taking allergy shots? Now there’s an option to have allergy drops instead. How can young children possibly avoid growing up with extreme peanut allergies? Recent discoveries are providing life changing results and Dr. Dice stays on top of the most up to date, current options you may benefit from.

Listen in as Dr. Dice dispels a few myths and answers our questions regarding what’s new, how does the process work, how can you get help, etc, etc.

Sometimes a person’s allergic reaction might be to something very specific and obvious and sometimes it takes a lot of effort to find the true source of the irritation. Starting off with a complete history and following up with a judicious testing process, Dr. Dice does what it takes to determine what his patient’s underlying source of discomfort really is.

Dr. Dice states, “If you do need an allergist, it’s always best to seek out someone who’s got the training in the field, that is a board certified allergists, and has done the necessary advance training and learning, and constant research and study to make sure they’re fully up to speed and literally on the cutting edge of everything that’s going on in the field as though that is their primary reason for existence.”

At South Texas Allergy & Asthma Medical Professionals (STAAMP), their mission is to provide world-class care in a compassionate and friendly environment. Dr. Dice and the other doctors on staff are all Board-certified in Allergy & Immunology for both children and adults.

STAAMP is located in Westover Hills in San Antonio.
