Jellyfish House
Jellyfish House, designed by IwamotoScott, was commissioned for the Vitra Design Museum exhibition, Architecture & Technology for Intelligent Living in 2006. The design puts forth a new idea of the 'smart house', projecting an ambient technological presence, displayed through the translucent building skin's integrated functions of solar power collection, rainwater harvesting, gray water filtration, and a phase change material based HVAC system.
