The real weightloss
I saw your story this morning about the woman who lost 75 pounds or so.
I myself lost about 128 pounds.
I don't think people lose weight the right way. I was heavy for 5 years and before that had never even gained a pound. My doctor said it was somewhat from my Polycystic Overian Disorder.
So I gained about 130 pounds in about 2 months. It was scary! but last year I said No more and started working out. I eat really well and keep as active as possible. I don't believe in diets I think if you eat serving sizes and are active you will do fine with weight lose. And it is important not to deprive yourself if once in a while you feel like a serving size of chips have it, just do not overeat. That is the key. Now that I am back to my normal weight I feel so much better and want to help other people who struggle with weight issues espessally people with Polycystic Overian Disorder. I know a perfect plan for weight lose if CNN wants to have me as a guest I would love to get the word out.
