Dr. James R. Eells Offers Information on Super Foods
Dr. James R. Eells has been advocating the use of super foods for his patients for many years, but as a respected Las Vegas personalized care doctor, he now focuses on ensuring that his patients have complete information about making the right nutritional choices to support good health. "My patients hear about super foods on a regular basis," says Dr. Eells, whose concierge healthcare practice allows patients to spend a great deal of time with him discussing ways to avoid disease and illness. "I believe that eating super foods on a regular basis ensures that patients stay healthy, fit and keep a lean physique."
According to Dr. James Eells, superfoods include several grains such as quinoa and chia seeds. "These grains are preferable to many others, including so-called healthy whole grains," says Dr. Eells. "They provide more protein and fiber and are much better than processed grains, including white rice." Dr. Eells also advocates cottage cheese for its high protein and satiety and kale as being rich in Vitamin K, iron and anti-oxidants.
"It is important to remember that what we eat has a direct impact on our health," says Dr. James Eells, who can be found on the web at http://www.yelp.com/biz/james-r-eells-md-las-vegas and https://www.facebook.com/pages/James-R-Eells-MD-LTD/502042023214473. "Making good food choices is something I recommend to all of my patients." For more information, see http://www.vitals.com/doctors/Dr_James_Eells.html.
