The Dangers of Outsourcing (In Photo's)

Not too long ago, Yours truly launched a kickstarter campaign after over a decade of networking and building up hype about the project I decided the time was ripe to launch such a tender and innocent campaign into existence.
This cumulative effort a decade in the making had such great reception among friends and family that launching and fully funding this project seemed like a no brainier.

I had previously used Fiverr.com as a means of submitting press releases for a fraction of the usual cost.
Although I have had experience in the past outsourcing to India, I had never before outsourced work to Pakistan.

You need to understand I am by no means making my experience the standard of my view of Pakistani labor or ethics, however I wanted to share my first time experience and maybe help make others due diligence a little easier in the future.
Although I did my research on the company I chose and they had years of satisfied customers, one cannot simply research how a PR company or it's owner will react when faced with their funding being retracted.

    The Scoop:
Essentially, I paid for what was in my cart on the website,
$5 of which went to a company known in Pakistan as Datsyn.
When the items I ordered were not delivered, I made a claim in my paypal reversing the payment, as Fiverr's support staff told me to "Contact the sellers and ask for a cancellation" which since I was getting no response in the first place, was no help.

After the refund was initiated I started getting abusive and harassing emails from the owner of Datsyn, threatening to make false claims against my campaign to Kickstarter and to falsely accuse me of and write slanderous things about me via the internet.

Seemingly to only change their tune once my lawyer made contact, then to go ahead and post slanderous & False press releases afterall.

Despite the case that is now opened against the harmful and abusive company 'Datsyn'
They continue to produce slander and take companies images hostage while they extort them.

All for the low low price of $5
