The Perverted Nature of Most any Black Community, Means the Innocent Don't Stand a Prayer of a Chance, be it to Clear their good name or for Redress for Serious Atrocities of a Government Seriously Gone Awry! The right to work is fundamental and so sacred to the inalienable rights that an accusation as serious as being a substance abuser-which can end all rights to gainful employment-must be supported by fact and appropriately signed. 20% of inner-city youths are under court supervision: prison, probation or parole mostly as a result of substance abuse. It was indeed a grave affront to me, my character and to my good name to be accused of this dastard act, unjustly ... an accusation that caused an interruption in my ability to be gainfully employed, forcing me to prematurely surrender a long-standing investment for its immediate cash value. Should a law abiding Black male, this individual being the author, with a stellar twenty nine year LADWP work record: * be falsely accused of being a drug and alcohol abuser, subsequently punished without just cause, to ruin his work record and career. I have been placed at No Shift No Pay since October 17, 2007. * share valid documents originating from LADWP medical doctors, and/or other LADWP medical professionals that be it past, or present, to show or prove all substance abuse tests for this employee who possesses a commercial driver's license are negative. * state verbally, express in a formal petition for redress, or provide proof through *Los Angeles Superior Court cases C895188 *, BS111697 and BC385899 that Los Angeles City attorney, specifically that Deputy City Attorney Lisa Berger lied under oath before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Honorable Mark Mooney to express that this occurred while the employee was employed in the capacity as a truck driver, when his work classification is Senior Electrical Mechanic, and not a commercial truck driver, or other unethical improprieties, as it concerns still pending Los Angeles Superior Court Case #C895188 where the defendants have admitted guilt to every allegation. The damage done to Mr. Carl Steadman's life as a result of the lies of police officers, and/or corruption in Inglewood and Culver City Courts, that is also an integral part of *Los Angeles Superior Court cases BS111697 and *BC385899. * A Senior Electrical Mechanic is not a commercial truck driver position, and the possession of a Class B commercial license is not a requirement for the position. *" There are cases where an individual has been wrongly treated by his government and about the only way, unless the individual resorts to court, and even in some cases the courts are not able to give proper relief, the only area or avenue open to the individual is through his representative. When you find a bona fide error has been made, I suggest that you make a maximum effort to remedy it. This I feel is a vital and important function of those of us in the House of Representatives".* Authors: Donald G. (The above paragraphs expressing an important function of the job of a Congressman, hold true for any elected office holder position, without regard to jurisdiction) Oath of Office, for a U.S. President, Governor, Senator, Congressperson, Mayor, City Council Person, etc. "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." formally provide * 10th District Los Angeles Councilperson Herb Wesson * with this direct quote the "Job of a Congressman", in writing. * After providing this important information, no good Herb Wesson, delegates this duty to the City Attorney, when it is his job as an elected official to serve law abiding citizens in his district. I'm a law abiding tax paying resident in the 10th Los Angeles City Council District. * Provide Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks, and State Assemblyman Mark Ridley Thomas with a formal petition for redress in behalf of Mr. Carl Steadman, a law abiding Black male, who is denied employment because of corrupt officers of court, based upon the lies of police officers who lied under oath. Mr. Carl Steadman now has unearned penal convictions based upon the lies of police officers, and corrupt officers of the court. To date, neither Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks , nor State Assemblyman Mark Ridley Thomas have responded. Then can it be denied that American citizens are being forced to finance their own destruction? This is the only crisis, in-depth, euphemistically: +* Taxation without representation!+ ...Vote no for* Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks, and Vote No for State Assemblyman Mark Ridley Thomas for *2nd District Los Angeles County Supervisor*. ....because former Los Angeles Police Chief now 8th District Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks, and former 8th District Los Angeles City Councilman now State Assemblyman Mark Ridley Thomas who now seek to replace *the incumbent no good carpet-bagging Yvonne B. Burke*, have proven themselves to be just as unfit to be an elected leader as Yvonne "Brentwood" Burke. ...Also Vote No for *Obama/Biden*, and Vote Yes for *McCain/Palin* http://www.johnmccain.com/splash32615.htm
