    Who monitors voting machines?

    I understand that voting errors occur, however, with electronic equipment, what insurance do voters have that ballots are properly counted and accounted for?  And who guarantees that my vote gets entered as intended, and not changed by someone afterwards?

     

     

    I heard that electronic voting machines can be hacked into and results can be changed. I want to know that Obama's team is proactive in this as I don't trust the voting system anymore.
