Halloween in Rogers, Arkansas, #2
We go all out in Northwest Arkansas, which is kind of strange, when you think of it. Most people living here are Evangelical Christians (Southern Baptists and Pentacostals) who don't believe in celebrating Halloween. They take their kids to church for candy exchange.
