Halloween In New York City... Honest!
Yes... the Halloween Parade in New York City is a really big deal. But, the smaller moments capture the true spirit of the day. Only in New York City would you have this scene -- two guys dressed as escaped cons, a woman dressed as a street-walker, standing in front of a shop selling ADULT "toys" talking with four NYC cops! (Taken on my way home to escape the parade and crowds!)
