    Early Voting - Indiana

    My name is Kevin Phillips from Indianapolis, IN. This is a cell phone picture of the line for Early Voting in downtown Indianapolis, IN at 9AM this morning. This was when I first got in line - 1 hour and 35 minutes I had cast my vote. For reference, while taking this picture I was halfway around the back of the City-County buildings' enterance.
